In the event of mistakes made by suppliers or website administrators while updating the product details such as product photographs, product specifications, package contents, price, etc.Symbios.pk reserves the right to change the incorrect information without any notice. Symbios.pk will not accept any liability for any loss or damage, which may be incurred by any person acting in reliance upon the incorrect information.

Orders:
All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Symbios.pk
Within one working day of order placement, our sales personnel will contact you, either by phone or email to confirm the availability of the goods, delivery date, etc.
Only after receiving the phone call or email confirmation by our sales personnel will your order is considered confirmed and effective.

Delivery:
Symbios.pk or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. All products will be shipped with insurance cover provided by Symbios.pk.
We aim to never delay the shipment and try our best that your goods reach you on time, as indicated in the timetable. However unforeseen circumstances may occur any time that could delay the delivery. In case you haven\'t received your goods after the normal delivery time, please give us a call. We will try to track the package or alternatively give to the tracking number and the necessary contact numbers.

Replacement and Refund:
Faulty Product Replacement:
Most of the products have 1-year manufacturer\'s warranty. Symbios.pk will help to replace under warranty faulty product. Proof of purchase will be required. The product serial number has to match the product sold. The returned product will be changed and replacement will be delivered with in 15 days.

No Return/Exchange/Change of Mind:
Unless a product is faulty, a purchased product cannot be returned or refunded. Please choose the product carefully before you buy, as we don\'t exchange product due to change of mind.

Changes to Terms:
Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Symbios.pk may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.
